As a Fund Services Asset Associate within the Corporate Actions Accounting Team, you will be responsible for the accurate research, preparation, and data entry for all International and Domestic corporate actions in Accounting. You will ensure the correct accounting & pricing treatment is taken and the valuations before and after the corporate action fall within predetermined variances. You will also be responsible for reviewing all Corporate Actions processing and ensuring that all work is completed in line with specific client deadlines. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your skills in corporate action processing and client communication, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Reviewing of daily reports relating to Corporate Actions within SLA Client Deliverables.
- Will be responsible for the reviewing of preparation of Corporate Actions Files & completion of relevant processing in Hiportfolio within SLA Client Deliverables.
- Monitor outstanding Corporate Actions processing & ensure that they are completed in line with procedures.
- Responsible for keeping statistics up to date
- Ensuring client exception reporting &processing is completed within SLA guidelines
- Ensure team pro-actively investigate & clear all asset & cash differences resulting from Corporate Actions processing on daily basis.
- Assist in resolution of queries with internal departments.
- Liaise with Custody & clients to ensure swift resolution of any outstanding Corporate Actions issues.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Corporate action experience from custody or funds management background or the likes.
- Knowledge of Financial Markets.
- Data Entry Skills.
- Computer literacy - advanced Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
