Join our Business Management team, a vital part of the Payments Liquidity & Account Solutions (L&AS) business, which plays an instrumental role in global money movement. This role offers high visibility across the organization and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a growth-oriented Business Manager to contribute to both our current business objectives and future strategic vision.

As a Payments Business Manager within the Liquidity & Account Solutions team, you will support the Global Deposit Management business head. You will facilitate reporting, lead project management, and manage day-to-day deposit management deliverables. Your role involves building relationships with stakeholders, providing strategic insights, and ensuring effective communication across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate reporting of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and create executive reporting updates for senior leadership.
  • Review business requirements and integrate best practices.
  • Lead project management for special ad hoc projects within L&AS Business Management.
  • Coordinate and support key forums across product teams.
  • Manage day-to-day deposit management deliverables and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide partnership for executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
  • Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
  • Lead audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
  • Manage general issues related to real estate, staffing, and corporate requests.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Relevant experience in Business Management.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to develop new concepts and processes.
  • Ability to design clear, concise, and actionable business reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively with other lines of business, finance teams, and technology partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven ability to produce quality results timely.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior MD audiences with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple competing priorities and deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently.
  • Problem-solving approach to addressing issues.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Experience in managing audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
  • Familiarity with real estate, staffing, and corporate request management.
