The Executive Director, Visionary Head of Cross-Commerce Analytics, will play a crucial role in unifying our diverse commerce verticals, including Travel, Shopping & Offers, Dining, Banking Payments, Commercial Payments, Loyalty, Rewards, and Lending Innovation. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics to create a seamless, horizontal experience for our consumers, driving improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction, and Revenue (NPV).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cross-commerce analytics strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement; collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Owners, Analytics Leads, Design Partners, Technology Partners, Marketing Partners, and Line-of-Business partners to ensure data-driven decision-making across all commerce verticals.
- Design and oversee the development of advanced analytics models and tools to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies, including AI and machine learning, to extract actionable insights from complex datasets across multiple commerce areas.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of cross-commerce initiatives and analytics projects; present complex analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and consumer banking to maintain a competitive edge; champion data governance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the financial services or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving data-driven decision-making at an enterprise level.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools and technologies, including Python, SQL, Tableau, AWS, LLM-suite, and Teradata.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into actionable business insights; strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both horizontally and vertically across multiple business lines.
- Experience in developing and implementing data strategies that drive measurable business outcomes; Proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation in data analytics practices.
Preferred qualification, capabilities and skills
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
