As a Senior Executive Admin in the Technology team, you will support two Managing Directors and two Executive Directors with global responsibilities. You will manage diaries, coordinate travel, and collaborate with a network of assistants worldwide. Job Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries for senior executives.
- Organize and coordinate global travel arrangements.
- Reconcile travel expenses and manage corporate AMEX accounts.
- Prepare presentations and conduct spreadsheet analysis.
- Coordinate sensitive reports and screen calls/visitors.
- Collaborate with a network of executive assistants.
- Support multiple executives and mid-level managers simultaneously.
- Arrange team gatherings and off-site events.
- Handle general administrative and secretarial tasks.
- Order stationery and manage office supplies.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
