Join our dynamic team as an Event Planner, where you'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver exceptional meetings and events. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service for our clients.

As an Event Planner in our Conference and Client Centers team, you will curate, plan, and oversee the day-to-day operations of scheduled meetings and events. Your leadership will guide production assistant teams across London, ensuring the highest standards of service for both internal and external JPMC clients.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage reservations, planning, and meeting room readiness.
  • Lead and coordinate production assistant teams.
  • Ensure adherence to JPMC codes of conduct.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and event experiences.
