Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in our Exchange Traded Funds Operations Global Test Team.

Job Summary:

As an Associate in this function you will act ETF Operations Platform QA Test Lead. In this pivotal role, you will support the Global ETF Testing Team, ensuring the seamless delivery of our ETF Servicing offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage global client Joint User Acceptance Testing (JUAT)
  • Lead ETF Platform release program QA testing
  • Provide project management reporting with control focus mindset
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal & external Senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills with strategic approach to LOB development
  • Partner with various Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, Program Management
  • Develop into a JP Morgan ETF Subject Matter Expert

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • ETF Operations Asset Servicing with 5+ years experience
  • Knowledge of current ETF industry trends and understanding of ETF ecosystem
  • Project Management skillset and ability to multitask
  • Client service mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills with flexible approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work in a results driven environment with critical focus on accuracy and attention to detail
