As an Associate in the ESG Program Management team within the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture (FFBA) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic automation to the ESG Finance Controller Reporting space. You will support JPMorgan Chase's efforts to track ESG obligations in response to regulatory reporting requirements and internal initiatives. Job Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end requirement discussions and develop plans for successful delivery of change events.
- Execute data quality testing to validate data requirements from upstream sources.
- Provide data quality support through monitoring and root-cause analysis of data quality issues.
- Create and maintain Data Requirements Documents and Model Documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate the implementation of new data models in strategic cloud architecture.
- Influence and communicate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology.
- Provide occasional project management support to senior project managers through maintenance of various project artifacts such as the project plan, implementation plan, operating models, RAID log and preparation of meeting materials / minutes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 3+ years of product ownership or project delivery experience in Finance/Banking and/or Data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Solid understanding of Financial and/or Regulatory reporting processes; ESG data knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with traditional credit (Loans, Deposits, Cash).
- Previous experience in Finance, Risk, or Operations functions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Cloud, and Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
- Experience with Agile delivery and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
