Launch your career as an Environmental, Social & Governance Reporting - Analyst within ESG team, where you will be responsible for financial oversight of the legal entity and maintaining a strong control environment.

J.P. Morgan SE Finance is looking for candidates to join their dynamic team and look at ESG related topics.

As an Environmental, Social & Governance Reporting - Analyst within ESG team, you will be the point of contact for all related requirements on ESG, including the preparation and contribution to the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) and the discussions with the external auditors. You will be required to follow up on Regulatory updates and changes to EU Taxonomy given constant evolution and expanding scope. You will be responsible for continuous Involvement on Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), NFRD and other ESG related matters and will be the finance representative in these discussions. You will be part of the production and support team and a Point of contact for all ESG related matters that link to financial disclosures and financial reporting (including Climate stress, Short Term Exercise (STE)).

Job responsibilities

  • Be a finance Subject matter expertise for ESG related topics and point person for related requirements on that topic; finance ESG point of contact with the Business, ESG Implementation Program teams and Global team
  • Contribute to the preparation of the Non financial disclosure section included in the annex to the Financial statements
  • Support on the future operating model implementation for EU Taxonomy
  • Coordinate EU taxonomy within the team for the preparation of the quantitative and qualitative part of the financial statements, and going through with the auditors post 2024
  • Implement and automate regulatory updates and changes to EU Taxonomy given constant evolution and growth of the topic and scope
  • Coordinate internally within the team and be a Point of contact for all ESG related matters that link to financial disclosures and financial reporting (including Climate stress, Short term exercise (STE), Fit for 55).
  • Support strategic automation of steps and tasks to produce EU taxonomy
  • Work on CSRD, NFRD and other ESG related matters (including Pillar 3 disclosure)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in a large multinational and global environment
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience
  • Experience in direct communication with regulators and auditors
  • Solid English language skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications - Excel, Power Point, Word, Alteryx, tableau
  • Analytical and detail orientated
  • Ability to work in teams across various locations
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
