Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Design and develop robust sourcing strategies in partnership with the business.
  • Outline strategic plans and present regular updates to senior management.
  • Actively lead and guide the business to drive the recruiting agenda.
  • Maintain and refresh school teams and business interviewers.
  • Build a solid recruiting platform and market efforts internally.
  • Formulate selling strategies for candidates with offers.
  • Evaluate sources of hire and adjust sourcing strategies as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain the campus recruiting budget.
  • Develop expertise in recruiting techniques and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with hiring managers to establish annual analyst and intern hiring targets.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • MBA in Human Resources with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into a recruitment agenda.
  • Strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global organization.
  • Strong managerial skills and interest in coaching the team.
  • Sound analytical skills and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to source creative solutions within policies and regulations.
  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular travel required in India and occasional travel to the region.

  • Experience in financial services or recruiting.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
