Drive the Future - Sales & Trade Support Intern

Bogota, Colombia

Join Drive the Future internship program in Colombia if you are a student in your lasts years/semesters of University or recently graduated. This is a full-time intern role in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. In this opportunity we are looking for a Back Office intern.

As a Sales and Trade Support intern you will support the team providing support activities ranging from system reference data maintenance and trade booking, front to back reconciliations, affirmation and confirmation generation, issuance and safekeeping for trading activities conducted by the Colombia currencies emerging markets desk in both the offshore and onshore markets.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Student o recent graduated student of Finance, Economy, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • English: fluent written and oral.
  • Full-time availability
  • Hybrid work model

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong track record in finance with knowledge of Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange products. Derivative`s know-how is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of derivative transactions and trade events like recouponings and unwinds is a plus.
  • Knowledge of some programing tool such as VBA, Python, R or others is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of region, products, market/industry and client base is a plus.
