Join Drive the Future internship program in Chile if you are a student in your last years of University or recently graduated. This is a full-time intern role in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence.

As a Process Operations Intern you will be responsible to identify needs, manage and support the various improvement and automation projects for processes in Operations. Ensure that documentation is completed timely and accurately according to standards. Analyze various business problems, design and propose solutions / projects, which seek to incorporate best practices, with a main focus on efficiency, aligned to the Bank's strategic objectives.

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure that documentation is completed timely and accurately according to standards.
  • Interact and coordinate activities with other departments.
  • Proactivity and dynamism to present results and progress to management
  • Analyze data to find areas for improvement in the Bank's processes and create customized solutions to solve these problems.
  • Definition and planning of improvement and efficiency initiatives/solutions.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Recent graduated student of Management Control Engineer, Industrial Engineer.
  • Full-time Availability
  • Advance English level
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel , Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical and high detailed oriented skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Team player and detail oriented.
