The Investment Banking team is responsible for generating ideas and executing transactions that transform the corporate environment: mergers and acquisitions, public stock offerings, and debt issuances in the local and international markets.

We are looking for candidates motivated to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and that have sharp analytical skills and ease working with numbers, as well as solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participating in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions and stock offerings;
- Sector studies;
- Preparation of internal and client presentations;
- Economic, financial, and corporate analysis of companies;
- Financial modelling and valuation.
Required Qualifications:
- Students of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related courses
- Expecting to graduate between December 2025 and July 2026
- Advanced or Fluent English skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Availability to work in person at the São Paulo office
- Workload: 30 hours per week
