As a Country Lead within the Document and Business Solutions Operations team, you will oversee operations across multiple functions, ensuring service delivery excellence. You will cultivate a culture that promotes effective employee development, promoting both strategic and tactical objectives. Your role is crucial in delivering an extraordinary customer experience and promoting business growth across the region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee back-office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
  • Collaborate with partners across the firm to provide a seamless experience for our employees.
  • Work with product teams to enhance our technology and product offerings to best meet employee needs.
  • Achieve key financial targets, including expense management.
  • Coach and develop a continuously growing team of 20+ employees and 30+ contractors.
  • Recruit and retain top talent.
  • Conduct detailed business reviews with senior stakeholders.
  • Implement talent and performance strategies to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.
  • Execute a people agenda that delivers an exceptional employee experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in coaching and managing employees.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, time management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically to deliver on transformational initiatives.
  • Proactive thinker capable of identifying critical aspects and taking corrective actions.
  • Expertise in process innovation, design, and automation.
  • Ability to articulate our vision and strategy to motivate and influence others.
  • Proven ability to lead through change and support a culture of learning from missteps.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate.
  • Ability to develop a diverse team and attract talent by building a personal network of contacts.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience in rolling out AI/Large Language Model processes.
  • Experience in working in a product environment.
  • Experience in a global organization with a focus on document and business solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating functional equipment including postage, x-ray, inserting (where applicable), printing, scanning, and other equipment.

• Receive and process all incoming and outgoing work.

• Coordinate courier collection, including required manifest(s) and documentation.

• Perform and maintain basic record keeping and tracking of data as required by management.

• Identify non-compliant activities and escalate as appropriate.

• Print, finish and distribute all print requests and documents.

• Perform Check Management in line with all processing procedures (where applicable).

• Respond to all requests and inquiries from end-users of DBS products and services.

• Manage other logistical functions such as shuttle bus operations and overnight shipping.

• Handling of specialized items and more complex inquiries, including possible extensive research.

• Resolving discrepancies and performing escalations.

• Inventory management and fulfillment for production centers.

• Other duties as assigned.

• May be required to alternate between multiple locations within job location state/country to provide coverage as needed as well as variation of work hours to conform to needed coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to follow directions, show initiative, work and perform duties under minimal supervision, and follow through on tasks.

• Good customer service skills, attentiveness, able to interact positively and pleasantly.

• Able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Detail and deadline oriented with strong emphasis on safeguarding all personal and confidential information.

• Intermediate understanding and use of Microsoft Office products; (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook; including email & calendar).

• Must be comfortable with and have a solid understanding of basic business technology.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Able to lift and push items of significant weight (up to 50 pounds).

• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

• Able to resolve problems.

• Proactive to seek and participate in cross training opportunities and willingness to utilize downtime to learn new skills.

• Self-motivated with proven ability to learn.

• Ability to recommend process improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience in a production environment preferred.
