Job summary
As a Vice President in Digital Product - FICC API Connectivity team, you will be developing a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers. You will lead the complete execution of the roadmap by efficiently planning sprints, managing stakeholders, and fostering a culture of experimentation.
Job responsibilities
- Define cross asset FIX solutions for execution and post trade workflows across FICC , building a scalable cross asset solution
- Manage drop copy product offering across FICC and build relationship with the vendors
- Responsible in rolling out direct API offerings for post trade STP while also expanding existing coverage with incumbent players
- Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Lead the API trading capabilities expansion across FICC
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Work closely with our dedicated partners in Tech and Sales for all aspects of the product delivery cycle
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Drive end-to-end execution of roadmap through effective sprint planning, stakeholder management, and healthy experimentation
- Define features and requirements and communicate in clearly written documentation
- Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution and prioritization
- Drive conversation with clients and other internal / external stakeholders on the future direction of the electronic trading business as it continues to evolve and take a greater share of the overall market
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are fulfilled as part of any new release / regional expansion

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- You have 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- You demonstrate advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- You have a good knowledge of trading and execution API connectivity and FIX protocols
- You demonstrate technical understanding of trading technology (APIs, Data Connectivity), products in FICC, and the lifecycle of a trade
- You demonstrate structured and analytical approach
- You are commercially-focused and entrepreneurial
- You are a quick learner with strong attention to detail
- You have ability to think strategically and creatively while still being comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
- You demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication
- You have proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing and driving decisions
- You demonstrate track record of delivering thoughtful, user-centric and intuitive experiences
