We are seeking a forward-thinking VP of Digital Product Owner to lead the strategy and management of our pre-login digital experience - the platform where prospective clients, financial professionals, and institutional investors can explore our comprehensive suite of products and services. This individual will have the opportunity to lead transformative digital initiative and shape the future of the digital presence.
The VP of Digital Product will manage the pre-login digital experience for Morgan Stanley's investment management platform - a place where prospects and clients can go to our comprehensive suite of products and wealth management tools and solutions. This pivotal role ensures a seamless and engaging experience that highlights Morgan Stanley's expertise and drives business outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Digital Products and Channels, you'll collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver an innovative and user centric web experience that meets the needs of forward-thinking investors and financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
> Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to support the Morgan Stanley.com Investment Management digital experience. Highlight the breadth of the investment strategies and wealth management solutions in a way that resonates with both prospectives and existing clients.
> Backlog Management: Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
> Industry best practices and Competitive Assessments: Stay abreast of industry best practices by conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand digital best-in-class solutions too deepen digital engagement and capture propect leads.
> Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders (across UX design, Analytics, business partners, and technology) and external vendors to translate business goals into actionable requirements.
> Agile Execution: Write clear user stories and lead sprint planning, testing, and release cycles. Continuously work to improve the efficiency of the development process.
> Analytics: Manage and track product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to inform ongoing product enhancements. Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements to drive engagement and conversion.
> Client-Centric Design: Create pathways for financial advisors and institutional investors to easily find and understand relevant product and servies through features that are personalized and tailored based on the different investor professional role. You have:
Experience:
> Minimum of 8-10+ years in digital product ownership or other MarTech roles using Agile methodology. Extensive experience managing large scale migrations and/or digital integrations in a highly regulated industry and/or B2B capacity.

Knowledge:
> In-depth knowledge of financial services, including investment products and wealth management solutions including tax tools.
Skills:
> Experience in leading discovery, defining product vision, OKRs, success metrics, and mapping user journeys
> Experience with large-scale, high-visibility digital product initiatives involving technical, legal, and operational governance as well as regulatory requirements
> Proficient in translating high-level business goals into actionable objectives and technical requirements & delivering digital products using Agile methodology
> Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics
> Comfortable communicating your product vision clearly and providing status updates to your key stakeholders and executives across all levels
> Thrive on taking action by making trade off decisions to remove impediments while still delivering value in an ierative way focusing on MVPs
> Passionate & Customer Focus using data to make key decisions

Leadership Experience:
> Ability to drive consensus, with prior experience managing direct reports and indirect reports across cross functional teams.
> Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving change with a hunger to learn and a seeker of new challenges

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
