As a Reference Data Analyst in Digital Document Services (DDS) team in Hong Kong, working with global key partners in legal, business, operations and technology, contributing towards the development of an efficient operating framework.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify issues and co-ordinate with the relevant functions internally (eg: Product, Legal, Sales, etc.) for prompt resolution on disputed points within set time-frame parameters
  • Work with team lead to produce stakeholder and management reporting across the global teams and functions.
  • Understanding and adherence to documented procedures and controls; helping to identify ways to use technology to enhance controls and procedures.
  • Have a control mindset and be alert to issues/risks that can impact the process or organization
  • Effective Stakeholder Management.
  • Support strategic documentation programs and tactical project initiatives.
  • Be clear and precise in your oral and written communication
  • Take lead on process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Manage assigned tasks independently with little or no supervision
  • Be a team player and ability to work well with global team
  • Flexible to adapt to business requirements

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Skilled in MS office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and Project

Preferred qualifications capabilities, and skills

  • Experienced in either Markets, Payments or Securities Services with knowledge of operational and controls processes.
  • Presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent client focus and customer care working practices
  • Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence and interactions
  • Deal with day-to-day issues as well as planning and executing projects / initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adept at communicating with all levels of the business
