At JPMorganChase you will have the chance to be part of an amazing development journey while contributing to support our customer's needs. This role is with the Digital Document Services group - Markets line of business. The role requires the candidate to perform agreement setup and indexing of executed documentation within JP Morgan systems. The role will also involve working on several regulatory projects (example: transfer of clients from one legal entity to another, etc.) and data migration projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify issues and co-ordinate with the relevant functions internally for prompt resolution on disputed points within set time-frame parameters
  • Work with key partners in legal, business, operations and technology, contribute towards the development of an efficient operating framework
  • Work closely with business stakeholders in various locations and global document management team in India, US and UK.
  • Productivity and Quality will be the measure of performance for this role. Producing good quality work is therefore paramount to the success of the candidate in the organization.
  • Take lead on process improvement & automation
  • Managed assigned tasks independently.
  • Have a control mindset

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Graduated from Economics, Business Administration, Legal or Similar
  • Fluent in English;
  • Knowledge of MS Office package is a must;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred experience in middle or back office operations
  • Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent client focus and customer care working practices
