Data Governance Solution Lead- Executive Director

Join JPMorgan Chase as a BCBS Solution Lead in the Firmwide Chief Data Office, where you'll drive strategic data governance initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape compliance efforts and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance our data management practices.

As a Data Governance Solution Lead- Executive Director in the Firmwide Chief Data Office, you will define governance and tooling requirements, building the BCBS Data Governance framework. You'll work with stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Your role is crucial in driving the success of the BCBS program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-level solution requirements for the BCBS program.
  • Define, prioritize, and resolve governance and requirements decisions.
  • Ensure significant decisions undergo appropriate syndication and approvals.
  • Analyze and present project data and findings.
  • Conduct analyses to identify issues and formulate recommendations.
  • Develop strategic presentations for internal audiences.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across BCBS workstreams.
  • Research data governance requirements and potential solutions.
  • Collaborate across organizations, functions, and geographies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 10 years of industry experience in data, analytics, or product roles.
  • Strong problem-solving experience.
  • Thorough understanding of technology and data governance processes.
  • Ability to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with data management, big data platforms, or data architecture.
