Job Summary
As a Credit Support Manager for the Credit Monitoring Center of Excellence (CoE), you will lead a team of Credit Support Analysts tasked with assessing compliance with credit agreement terms for an assigned portfolio of borrowers. In this role, you will collaborate regularly with global counterparts to ensure alignment with policies, procedures, and best practices. Your team will partner globally with Credit Risk organizations, Bankers, and other internal operational teams to maintain high standards of credit compliance and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of service levels across multiple processes.
- Drive a strong risk and control environment, including prevention and early identification of errors and ensuring satisfactory quality performance.
- Provide regular coaching to specialists to exceed expectations in their current roles and set a clear path for career progression and mobility.
- Follow up on all Quality Control and Quality Assurance cited errors, performing root cause analysis when necessary.
- Determine if errors result from training issues, knowledge gaps, or unclear procedures, and partner with leadership to address them.
- Provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of Credit Monitoring and Quality Control.
- Take the lead on resolving escalations received through multiple channels, performing root cause analysis, and partnering to reduce future escalations.
- Work with Risk/Control partners to proactively identify and close any control gaps that may exist.
- Interact with internal/external auditors, Credit Review, and regulators.
- Manage people working within the team and mentor/coach members to achieve their career goals.
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in Credit Monitoring and/or Quality Control with expertise in analyzing legal and financial documents.
- Understand commercial loan products thoroughly, including documentation and credit agreements.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills across various stakeholders and levels.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating good time management.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in using MS Office tools, including MS Excel.
- Make excellent decisions and apply strong analytical skills, probing sensitive issues while maintaining integrity and objectivity.
- Demonstrate the ability to function in a global environment, partnering cooperatively, sharing information, and supporting department and team plans, programs, and policies.
