As a Credit Platform Services Analyst within Private Banking Operations, you will play a crucial role in setting up and monitoring covenants and client-specific conditions. You will work closely with Lending Solutions, Underwriting, and Credit Risk Executives to ensure compliance and timely escalation of any breaches. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will support senior management decision-making and drive process improvements. Job Responsibilities:

  • Review Credit Facility Agreements to identify and set up covenants.
  • Monitor covenant compliance and escalate breaches to relevant parties.
  • Create customized offline credit monitoring solutions for non-standard deals.
  • Ensure adherence to controls and procedures, keeping them current and effective.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Produce regular, ad-hoc, and regulatory reports, including decks for senior management committees.
  • Deliver practical data insights that are actionable by senior management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in credit analytics and reporting, performing in-depth data analysis.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • General understanding of private banking and credit products.
  • Strong aptitude for working with data and developing innovative solutions.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and experience with Alteryx, Python, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Proactive, responsive team player thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong commitment, integrity, and exceptional drive.
  • Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in a virtual team environment.
  • Good judgment and discretion when handling highly confidential information.
