As an Early Careers Logistics Associate in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), you will own all logistics, programming and event planning for early careers activities. You are a highly-motivated individual who will manage one analyst in a fast-paced, priority-driven environment that possess the desire to create great experiences for Analysts/Associates/managers/and the team.

The CCB Early Careers teams are broken into two channels: Campus Programs and Development Program Oversight (DPO). The campus teams are fully responsible for running the Chase Associate Program (CAP), Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP), and Financial Advisor Development Track (FADT) campus programs ensuring strong rotations, on-going coaching, and consistent development. DPO serves as the center of all market development programs and CCB line of business development programs, and as a governance structure to create strong accountability, best practices, and consistency of development guidelines while measuring programs for success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own, plan, and execute the end-to-end delivery (vendor management, travel, conference center, hotel reservations, swag, catering, room booking, etc.) of key Early Career events including: leadership weeks (three times year), Day 1 experience and activities, Immersion Days for FADT, Market Program Kick-off, graduation celebrations and recognition
  • Execute needed logistics on various developmental/support programs including but not limited to scheduling events, prepping PMT and speakers, creating all support materials for events such as Professional Development Series (twice a year), Post Program Series (twice a year), Senior Speaker Series (twice a year), boot camps, informational sessions and networking events
  • Ownership of the daily/monthly/quarterly activities associated with communications on program updates, requests, and announcements including: create, manage, and update the Early Careers Logistic calendar for regular review with EC Leadership on scheduling, challenges, risks, dependencies, options, and budget as well as crafting newsletter for each of the programs (CAP/CLDP/FADT/DPO), survey and results, monitor program mailbox and triage as needed

Job Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience working on programs/ program management within a large organization managing all logistics/event planning including but not limited to conference center relationships, hotel confirmation, swag recommendation, travel coordination, vendor negotiation and management, run of show decks with prepared material, and proactive communication with all stakeholders
  • Self-driven; can handle multiple requests, prioritize work as needed, and work autonomously without extensive supervision while providing direction to a direct report
  • Ability to problem solve and work creatively in ambiguous, time sensitive environment while displaying high attention to detail and excellent follow-through and provide strong analytical, reasoning and forward-thinking abilities
  • Capability in building and maintaining partnerships and networks across all functions and levels of hierarchy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to create executive level decks
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with SharePoint and Confluence
  • Building creative materials leveraging Canva or other software
