As a Compliance Risk Management Lead working within the Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) organization, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. This role supports the Product, Customer Experience and Digital Compliance team for the effective execution of the firm-wide Compliance Program. You will provide Compliance advice and oversight of the Product, Customer Experience and Digital in alignment with Compliance Core Practices: Governance and Oversight, Regulatory Management, Policies and Procedures, Training and Awareness, Monitoring and Testing (inclusive of metrics), Issue Management, Risk Assessment and Reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and execution of a complex Compliance program to manage regulatory exposure in a dynamic and evolving area of the firm. The role will be responsible for supporting Compliance oversight of the firm's developing Product, Customer Experience and Digital organization.
  • Stay abreast of the evolving regulatory landscape governing digital products to provide Compliance guidance on regulatory risk created by new and existing projects.
  • Provide Compliance oversight to Product, Customer Experience and Digitalprojects and strategies.
  • Provide critical and analytical thinking in the assessment of risk, creation of monitoring and testing to identify Compliance risks, provide guidance and escalate as necessary.
  • Understand and execute targeted reviews and challenges to be in compliance with JPMC's policies.
  • Assess and aggregate risks across different lines of business and present results to relevant stakeholders in Compliance and the business.
  • Work independently and as a core team member, exhibiting strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experienced professional with a strong compliance or regulatory background.
  • Legal Degree, Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience required. Incumbents typically have a minimum of 5+ years' banking experience and 5+ years' experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk, Control or Audit.
  • Excellent decision maker with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and attention to detail required.

  • Flexible to changing business priorities, ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment and ability to interact with all levels of personnel within the corporate framework
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
