As a Global Financial Crime Compliance Governance Senior Associate within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) team, you will oversee and develop strategies for the Know Your Customer (KYC) team's technology and reporting programs, including KYC, Customer Escalations and Risk Assessment.

Job Responsibilities
- Compile and deliver monthly reporting and regulatory reporting on a monthly basis to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and Federal Reserve Bank (FRB)
- Participate in the team's agile development lifecycle supporting the teams new policy change tool
- Facilitate intake of team technology business requirements
- Draft and update JIRA to track all outstanding technology request
- Partner with team and stakeholders to deliver reporting or changes in process
- Self-identify opportunities to leverage automation tools to streamline processes
- Prepare and own management reports tracking key departmental initiatives
- Prepare and present data and insights to compliance executives
- Oversee SharePoints, including permissions, content, etc.
- Create and analyze monthly governance decks utilized by LOB senior leadership
- Maintain user guide documentation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of relevant or other related experience
- Demonstrate the ability to partner with stakeholders on projects
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Ability to self-identify system enhancements
- Possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a core team member
- Detail-oriented; possess a high-level of attention to detail and quality for their work product
- Excellent analytical skills, experience with Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and data relationships
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- KYC knowledge is a plus
- Ability to own end to end processes
- Strong understanding of risk and controls
- MBA or Bachelor's degree with professional certification preferred
