As a Commercial Loan Coordinator for the Commercial Real Estate department you will be responsible for the review and audit of loan files for complete and accurate information, including entity documents, appraisals, tittle reports, and other commercial loan documents. You will be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and management of your pipeline. As a member on the team, you work closely and communicate with other partners such as the Credit teams, Sales teams, KYC team, Party Central team, and Closing team. In addition, you will ensure all forms are the most recent versions, complete, and accurate with applicable signatures in order to reduce risk to the firm.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to current federal lending regulations and with internal controls for accuracy, timeliness, and documentation
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Act as intermediary between sales, credit, and closing partners.
- Manage or demonstrate capacity to manage a pipeline of loans at various stages (initial file review, submit to underwriting, and submit to closing).
- Maintain a constant balance of producing quality with a high-volume workload.
- Respond to department specific questions in a timely and accurate manner
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Mortgage banking or commercial real estate banking experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
- Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionally handle sensitive documents
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
