Commercial Operations Fulfillment Administrator
Job Summary
To provide support for in-country teams within COF throughout all aspects of the process from quote to cash, with specific focus on fulfillment activities such as configuration of orders, special investigations and engagement with upstream/downstream teams, primarily within APAC.
The purpose of Commercial Operations Fulfillment Administrator is threefold: -
To maintain visibility of pinch-points where quotes and orders become "stalled" or delayed from progression through the process towards billing To perform the key functions of account number generation and configuration of orders To provide support to the local teams for all aspects of the process from Quote to Cash (e.g. Special investigations)
Responsibilities
- Service request & order management (including validation, configuration, booking, order change support, cancellation);
- Order management process support;
- Order management documentation development;
- Delivery of application and process training;
- Reporting, metrics and analytics.
- Revenue operations coordinators are expected to demonstrate high energy, are dynamic and flexible as well as highly autonomous whilst being able to work excellently in and with a team. Demonstrable ability to build and develop relationships through usual communications methods with a Customer-focused attitude & approach to dealing with other Equinix departments and teams.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Oracle, Siebel or Servicenow
- Proven experience of working as part of a successful team
- Excellent time and priority management skills
- Able to write concise technical or business correspondence, training material or applications documentation
- Highly autonomous, have a can-do will-do attitude, and extremely reliable
- Have a sense for detail and know how to tackle complex problems.
- Clear and concise presentational skills both verbally and in writing
- Previous experience and knowledge in delivering training
- Previous experience managing small projects or participated in medium to large projects
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous data mining and analysis experience
