As a Client Service Assistant in the Payments team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and managing risks. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, managing documentation, and supporting various team activities. Your work will directly impact our clients' experience and contribute to the success of our global operations. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve phone and written inquiries from clients and internal partners to ensure first call resolution.
  • Log and track all incoming work in the tracking system on a real-time basis.
  • Provide client updates on unresolved cases.
  • Deliver a high standard of client service by partnering with other departments locally and globally.
  • Advise management of any potentially damaging relationships and operational deficiencies.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner and obtain exceptional item approval where appropriate.
  • Recommend updates to the Procedures Manual.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Original copy of Certificate of Employment Assistance Eligibility [보훈취업지원대상자 증명서].
  • Good command of English and Korean.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy assisting with clients' inquiries in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Ability to provide quality services in a high inquiry volume environment.
  • Accuracy and ability to follow through.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
