Broadridge is looking for a Client Service Rep/Document Conversion Specialist with a high level of professionalism, strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, good computer skills, and strong organizational skills. Person will be responsible for converting public companies' financial documents into HTML for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Must be detail oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a professional fast paced environment.
This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Night shift: Monday - Friday: 12:00am - 9am. (Occasional weekend work required)
Responsibilities:
1. Convert Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents using PROfile software to HTML
2. File documents with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC)
3. Houston/Hyderabad/New York work assignment and prioritization
4. Manage and respond to client emails and/or phone calls
5. Process work orders, print and bind documents
6. Continuously look for process improvement opportunities
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency
8. Provide input and help with testing new software applications as appropriate
9. Scan and file documents
10. Work on projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree Preferred
- 2 years in financial print services
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- SEC Edgar Experience Preferred
