Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO) provides a wide range of global operational support and services for retail, commercial, treasury, asset wealth management and credit card customers. CTO has approximately 4,000 employees.
Payment Services provides a variety of services for both individual and corporate customers across all JPMorgan Chase lines of business. Core operations of payment processing include the posting, capture and clearing of checks and processing and movement of cash through the network. The business units within the group continually implement cutting edge technology and their commitment has distinguished them as industry leaders. Payment Services has approximately 610 employees.
The Cash and Check Services Team manages armored supplier services, including cash, coin and check processing, Federal Reserve transportation, ATM cash inventory management, cash replenishment, and deposit service scheduling for more than 5,000 ATMs and all Chase banking center locations. The team also manages more than 100 cash vaults (supplier outsourced and Chase-owned) and owns customer set-up and daily support services for the cash and check vault product. Cash and Check Services has approximately 200 employees.

Job Summary:
- Monitor/Review/Validate all order files are received and processed.
- Placing over limit, late and express orders.
- Reviewing Implementation Request for new and existing ordering and smart safe profiles.
- Completing maintenance change requests. Updating facility limits. Declined standing orders. Actioning email requests containing order requests and Research inquiries.
- Validating debit memo post via MITS and mainframe. Prepare daily/monthly reports.
- Develop strong relationships with Business Partners and Cash Suppliers: Brinks, Loomis, Garda
- Performs confirmation with vendors on outgoing late and express cash orders. Use independent judgement as well as technical, operational and regulatory experience to resolve issues.Escalate issues timely and work towards root causes, Monitor for trending issues.
- Support TRSC (Teller Recon Service Center), CSP's (Client Service Professional), Vendor Management and Business Partners.
- Support projects and UAT testing as needed. Developing and keeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) evergreen.
Required Qualification, Capabilities and Skills :
- Self-starter; demonstrate ability to complete assigned tasks independently with minimum supervision and use independent judgment in decision-making.
- Exceptional problem solving skills as well as the ability to create logical and realistic solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures and update process documentation. Good judgement - when to resolve, when to escalate.
- Knowledge and passion for "customer experience", Customer focused.
- Positive attitude with the ability to build and foster relationships with internal and external partners.Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Access Databases.
- Able to think independently, reason, and draw conclusions from data. Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Money Manager, TECMS, Web Currency Services, Customer Assist knowledge a plus.
