The Role

The Representative, Enterprise Ops Administration will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing senior-level meetings and events from start to finish. This includes scheduling, reserving necessary meeting space, ordering catering, planning dinners, developing and managing agendas, and providing preparation. Additionally, the role involves drafting and editing communications on behalf of executives, utilizing and navigating communication skills with internal and external contacts, and creating comprehensive travel packages for the client's business travel with minimal instruction.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage senior-level meetings and events.
  • Draft and edit communications on behalf of executives.
  • Utilize communication skills with internal and external contacts.
  • Create comprehensive travel packages for business travel.
  • Proactively discuss and project meetings for executives, staff, and external contacts.
  • Assist with tracking the client's organization action items and status of tasks and initiatives.
  • Manage the executive's schedule, making decisive, independent decisions to ensure time is maximized and allocated to the highest priorities and impact areas.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • English Advanced
  • Must have excellent & heightened skills: Heavy calendar Management, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur/Expense tool, Microsoft Teams knowledge, Events & Classes. Experience in chat in IA
  • Teamwork a must with peer interaction and dealing with executive and their teams
  • Under-grad University degree preferred/Bachelor's degree preferred; however not required
