As a Client Operations Analyst within the Cash Vault Profile Fulfillment team, you play a crucial role in maintaining Service Level Agreements for each production queue. You will manage and update vault management profiles nationwide, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to solve complex problems, work independently, and communicate effectively will be key to your success. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain Service Level Agreements for each production queue.
  • Create and manage vault management profiles for the entire country.
  • Process requests via the Deal Manager Application submitted by the Deal team.
  • Update and modify profiles using Quick Kill maintenance forms submitted to National Production.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in all tasks to eliminate customer impacts.
  • Analyze and solve complex issues under tight deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.
  • Build and foster relationships with internal partners and team members at multiple levels.
  • Utilize applications such as Deal Manager, Money Manager, TECMS, Customer Assist, and Excel.
  • Independently complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to create logical and realistic solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to use judgment to guide analysis, draw implications, and synthesize into clear communications.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and influencing skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to build and foster relationships with internal partners and team members at multiple levels.
  • Outstanding organizational and business skills, with the ability to manage complex issues and multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in Access and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or an analytical field, or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of applications such as Deal Manager, Money Manager, TECMS, and Customer Assist.

Required or Additional Information

  • Work schedules will vary within a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule.
  • You must be willing to work during our operating hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
