As a leader, you will collaborate with Field teams, Home Lending partners, and One Chase partners to influence and provide feedback on sales optimization strategies, product initiatives, and transformation efforts. You will participate in solution design and manage a team of 250-500 geographically aligned originators and support staff. This includes:
- A contact center team supporting Chase Digital.
- A contact center team supporting Chase Relocation and Affinity programs
- A proactive outreach team
- Oversight of functions supporting our relocation business, unassigned branch referrals/marketing leads, and HLA loan origination activity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve volume/unit targets through bank referrals, HLA self-sourced volume, Chase Marketing-driven volume, and Realtor referrals.
- Enhance HLA productivity.
- Expand new mortgage, deposit, and investment business through relocation services with new and existing client relationships.
- Drive Net New Money and Relationship Pricing Program goals and objectives
- Deepen mortgage business and deposit/investment opportunities with net new money by collaborating with branch partners in the virtual coverage model.
- Ensure REC execution aligns with Home Lending goals, coordinating with the Home Lending Core team.
- Deliver LMI volume and address fair lending risk issues market by market within the division.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong leadership experience managing teams of 200+ across multiple geographies, contact centers, and distribution channels.
- Expertise in diversity and inclusion, with experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to managing change in a fast-paced environment. Proven change leadership at scale.
- Ability to manage teams to consistently meet/exceed business targets through data-driven approaches across multiple mortgage business cycles.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to develop relationships within a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience working across a large global organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven business development experience in a wholesaler-type or relocation client model.
- Strong mortgage background, with expertise in deal structure, pricing, and price exception management.
- Curiosity and creative problem-solving skills.
- P&L management experience.
