As an Analyst in our Cash Operations Transaction Processing team, you will be responsible for processing documents related to our cash operations payment business and contributing to various team initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate payment documents and manage mailing arrangements.
  • Finalise document reviews and communicate with counterparties.
  • Handle inquiries related to the documents processed.
  • Undertake tasks assigned by the Manager.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hold a university degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English and Mandarin (written, oral, and presentation).
  • Exhibit strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Display excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player with influencing abilities, and manage time effectively.
  • Handle multiple assignments independently under tight deadlines.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Banking related working experience is preferred
  • Hold the Initial Foreign Exchange Personnel License is preferred
