Job Summary
The Sales Transactions Administrator handles administrative tasks for account executives and sales representatives related to all transactional requests.
Responsibilities
Transactional Processing
- Is recognized and respected as a senior member of the support team
- Maintains the ability to work all transactional requests with no supervision
- Contributes in secondary responsibilities outside of pure transactional support
- Takes on large project work and supports all external requests related to established process
- Secures all necessary approvals for all transactional requests
- Maintains the highest performance as it relates to established KPI's and SLO's
- Shows the ability and drive to become a lead within the sales support team
- Is required to be involved in system UAT Testing as needed
Data Validation
- Ensures that all requests are processed accurately as per the request
- Is required to investigate data issues related to specific transactions
Service Order Validation & Configuration
- Is recognized and respected as a senior member of the order management team
- Maintains the ability to work with no supervision
- Assures accuracy of sales engineering specifications as per CRD documentation
- Maintains the ability to work all OM configuration requests from their respective queue within established SLO's
- Contributes in secondary responsibilities outside of pure order management tasks
- Takes on large project work and support all external requests related to established process
- Maintains the highest performance as it relates to established KPI's and SLO's
- Shows the ability and drive to become a lead within the order management team
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
