As a Cash Asset Management Technology Interlock Lead - VP within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be accountable for ensuring the success of the Organisation's technology deliverables. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the service and product backlog in order to maximize the value and outcome. You will work within the Technology Agile structure to facilitate communication, prioritisation and organization of the team's technology requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong Technology Partnerships will full transparency and visibility
- Govern technology for CAM Applications including SEAL and Contingency/controls planning
- Prioritize and influence technology book of work and capacity through full requirement analysis and articulation
- Create Technology Book of work progress, risks, capacity, and cost visible along with planning and progress.
- Oversee and govern testing activities and related environments to continuously improve quality builds and releases.
- Plan Portfolio Insight (PI), highlighting milestone achievements as well as potential delays and the impact of delays.
- Create business cases linked to the delivery of technology, including supporting metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure CAM considerations when new products are introduced, proactively engage with upstream lines of business, and manage data quality interlock
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Excellent prioritisation, planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and to act with own initiative
- Demonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally at all levels to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes
- Analytical mindset with ability to perform meaningful analysis, understand and explain underlying drivers (i.e., tell the story behind the numbers)
- Change management - challenge the status quo and be disciplined in implementing project plans
- Quality and regular reporting on status to senior management and all other stakeholders
- Leadership, development and performance management of a team, as part of a broader global organisation
- Experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Finance or Accounting
- Experience of Business Intelligence capability such as Tableau/Alteryx/Qlikview etc.
- Data Management - able to effectively apply best practices in data management without compromising speed and quality
- Data Analysis - skills to source, analyse and visualize large data sets that leads to usable outcomes
- Project Management (Jira and Agile)- execution focused and risk aware, a problem solver who can articulate clear and workable solutions ,experience of Industrialisation of new processes
