The Card Platform Team is supporting the Card Services Business as it expands to support some of the key Strategic Initiatives across CCB and servicing millions of customers!

The Card Platform Product In-Business Control Execution Manager will build out the control environment across the Card Platform Products in addition to providing support for meeting the requirements of numerous existing controls, driving consistency across the Card Platform Products and partnering with the Card modernization Product Owners. It blends elements from several disciplines such as controls, governance, analytics, process improvement, relationship management and project management into one unique role where creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking are essential You should have excellent written and oral communication skills and strong analytical abilities and experience standing up a new process, documentation and oversight.

This person will be responsible for leading audits, reviews, and exams in partnership with Card Platform Product Owners and Control managers to ensure timely responses and positive results. They will also be responsible for triaging process incidents/breaks that occur, including creating documentation and presenting in the issue management forum for review. The candidate will facilitate weekly and ad hoc meetings with key stakeholders within the assigned process(s) in the Card Platform Product organization to determine root cause, obtain and share progress updates, and discuss other key areas of focus. The candidate will participate in control testing and validating evidence prior to submitting to reviewers, auditors and/or examiners. This person will maintain and evolve the steady state control framework for their assigned process(s).

Job Responsibilities

  • Building out the control framework for the Card Platform Products; ensuring consistency in assessing and mitigating risk.
  • Participate in Cabinet meetings/Product Reviews to ensure that the controls environment is included as part of the overall product delivery strategy
  • Ensure that the Product Owners adhere to the Agility Framework Controls Standards
  • Leading audits, reviews, and exams in partnership with Card Platform Product Owners and Control managers to ensure timely responses and positive results.
  • Triaging process incidents/breaks that occur, including creating documentation and presenting in the issue management forum for review
  • Facilitate regular meetings with the Product Owners and stakeholders to determine root cause, obtain and share progress reports, and discuss key areas of focus related to the control environment
  • Participate in control testing and validating evidence prior to submitting to reviewers, auditors and/or examiners

Experience

  • 7+ years of Product Delivery, Controls and/or Compliance experience
  • Proven ability to promote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer
  • End-to-end project management experience, including the ability to create project plan, facilitate meetings, screenshares, etc. with multiple parties/stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
  • Experience understanding JIRA, the Agility Framework and the ability to create reporting from JIRA
  • Avid-learner who is genuinely curious and committed to developing new skills. Self-motivated and executes deliverables with speed and precision
  • Experienced presenter with strong oral and written communication skills; who is able to facilitate calls and drive to deliverable timelines
  • Ability to work well in a fast-growing environment with the ability to deliver expected materials on time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the Agility/Product framework; specifically within the C3 Platform
