As a Business Management Vice President in the Branded Card Business, you will help drive success by leveraging your expertise in business management, data analysis, process improvement, and presentation building. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business by providing insights, synthesizing complex information, and delivering presentations to senior leaders. The Branded Card Business Management team acts as strategic advisors to business leaders, providing real-time insights and supporting key business initiatives and decisions. We drive operational success and profitability by collaborating with teams across the organization and leading the overall rhythm of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of strategic business initiatives for the President of Chase Branded Cards and the leadership team
  • Manage various governance initiatives such as monthly reporting, expense management, systems access management, and new-joiner onboarding
  • Collaborate with functional partners including Finance, Control Management, Technology and Operations to help achieve business objectives
  • Lead and participate in initiatives such as our Engagement & Culture Crew, DEI workstreams, and People Agenda communications and events
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Support and/or lead ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
  • 6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or Business Management
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a willingness to work hard
  • Intermediate level ability in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, etc)
  • Ability to problem-solve, methodical and self-disciplined with key attention to detail and a control mindset
  • Experience managing complex, fast-paced and multi-faceted projects and flexibility to meet changing requirements and priorities
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and across organizational boundaries
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations in collaboration with others on the team
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings that include an agenda, meeting minutes, and follow-ups
