DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Create visual reporting and model, thematic, and scenario data analytics to enhance Firmwide Business Resiliency (FBR) capabilities. Collaborate with technology, Line of Business (LOB), and Corporate Functions (CF) partners to build reporting and analytics solutions. Analyze product roadmaps, epics, and wireframes to develop master story lists. Create proof of concept wireframes for presentations to senior leaders across the firm. Recommend functional prioritization of features for development to provide incremental value. Coordinate Discovery and Refinement sessions with stakeholders to determine future requirements. Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing, production readiness reviews, and post-production deployment validations. Assist with developing requirements and coordinating the story build with the data system product team. Assist in the execution of the day-to-day workflow, tracking, and monitoring of all FBR reporting. Assist and provide guidance in supporting resolution of any open items that impact project goals and timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Business Resiliency, Business Consultant, Strategic Consultant, Project Manager, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Resiliency, Business Consultant, Strategic Consultant, Project Manager, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: databases and data structures to aid in delivering integrated and comprehensive resiliency reporting and tooling; visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik Sense; data manipulation tools including Alteryx and Python; querying data with Transact-SQL; utilizing Python for data science; and R Programming.
Job Location: 480 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07310. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $113,600 - $175,000 per year.
