Description

Symetri USA is looking for a dynamic, high-performing Business Development Account Executive with a proven track record of bringing on new business and hitting quotas. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development. Knowledge of the Civil/Infrastructure market is a plus.

The right candidate will be a motivated, cold-calling pro who can make lots of connections. You will have the opportunity to continue to develop your selling skills by leveraging a vast amount of company tools and resources to help ensure your short-term and long-term success. The opportunity presents unlimited potential for personal, professional and financial grow.

 

This position is fully remote, allowing for work from anywhere in the Central region of the United States. Must be able to work Eastern and Central time zones.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Research and identify potential customers.
  • Adapt approaches for increased hit rates.
  • Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound prospecting calls to potential clients. Minimum of 50 calls a day.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with prospects in coordination with your Senior Account Managers.
  • Maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership on strategic projects as needed.

  

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or related field.
  • Must have 2-3 or years of experience in sales/business development experience.
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to make large number of calls daily. A minimum of 50 calls is required.
  • Competitive nature.
  • Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Top-tier verbal and written communication skills.

 

Highly Desired Not required

  • AECO industry experience is a plus
  • Civil-Infrastructure is a plus
  • Understanding the government and private sector is a plus
  • Knowledge of Autodesk and/or other BIM/CAD, GIS, and FM software is a plus

  

The candidate should possess

  • Ability to manage the formulation and implementation of sales plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, process-oriented, and strong prospecting skills.
  • Ability to effectively identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Ability to deliver engaging, effective written and oral presentations.
  • Understanding of and ability to effectively use CRM systems (MS Dynamics and Salesforce).
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Most importantly, the ability to close deals and drive revenue and market share growth.

Salary range: $60-80K base; $95K-$120k OTE
