Job responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 10-13 funders in our Plano, TX funding site, ensuring monthly objectives are met across the team
  • Manage strategy across sites, ensuring consistency in how we manage the multiple funding queues and driving messaging to our sales and credit partners
  • Manage one or more private label strategic relationships to include performance management of your specific portfolio, ensuring service levels and other metrics are met across the portfolio(s)
  • Ensure collaboration across sites in order to meet performance goals around Quality Analysis and Control teams
  • Maintain open communication and work with other areas of the business (Reserve, Administration, Servicing, Collections, etc) as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Automotive business and industry knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to partner with Internal and external clients and or contacts
  • Strong partnership and team building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrate proactive approach towards problem solving
  • Proven ability to work within tight deadlines and in a demanding environment with attention to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Experience with ACAPS, CALS, and Caddie auto finance systems
