The Technical Security team, as part of Corporate Global Security, is seeking a professional to support our product and operations teams who has a penchant for story-telling with data and is strategic, analytical, and energetic. This is a high-impact opportunity on our Program Management team ensuring senior management across the Chief Administrative Office have visibility into major initiatives, business metrics, financials and data insights to achieve their strategic objectives.
Job Summary
As a Business Insights Associate within the Global Security team, you will have the opportunity to work with other highly motivated team members in transforming the Technical Security function into a connected, forward-looking organization that promotes strategic decision making of the business. You will collaborate globally across a diverse set of stakeholders in a dynamic environment. This role offers high visibility across Global Technical Security, as well as the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior business leads.

Job Responsibilities
- Mastering the art of the one pager, creating clear one page summaries of key business initiatives
- Creating executive level presentations outlining multi-year complex product roadmaps and user journeys
- Performing data analysis, including data collection, synthesis, and translation of results into concrete actionable solutions
- Telling the "So What" behind massive data trends and helping to guide our operational teams through continuous process improvement
- Owning the content and quality of executive presentations, coordinating meetings to gather necessary input, and overseeing the drafting and finalization within set deadlines
- Creating project plans utilizing MS Project, process flows and financial projections
- Work with minimal direction/independently while keeping management informed of progress
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, & Skills
- Ability to utilize MS suite expertly, including MS Project, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating visually impactful presentations and using data to tell a convincing story
- Experience using or at least exposure to Alteryx, MS Access VBA/Excel VBA, or a visualization tool such as Tableau
- 3-5 years business analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
- Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, processes and data trends
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work with minimal oversight
- Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives
