Job responsibilities
- Execute a variety of administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision-making for executives, their management team, and other stakeholders.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including conducting research and handling information requests.
- Perform clerical tasks such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, travel and scheduling meetings.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow your career within the organization.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook with excellent calendar management skills.
- Adaptable team player with strong problem-solving abilities and effective interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and superior oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including table creation, mail merges, and basic formatting.
- Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling, expenses, calendar management).
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, with proven experience interacting with senior management.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
