As a Business Analyst in Receivables Operations Analysis and Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our receivables processes. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning within the receivables operations team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the control environment surrounding all operational processes
- Perform reviews and test the effectiveness of control; document results and perform root cause analysis
- Monitor risk through reviews of key incidents and root cause
- Validate strict adherence to Lockbox Processing Guidelines (LPG) and Lockbox Security Guidelines (LSG)
- Identify business risk issues and work with Operations Management and Operations Control Management to recommend solutions
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly compliance reporting on the health of the business
- Conduct SOP Review Committee Meetings
- Document and Update SOP in accordance with LOB requirements
- Manage creation and monitoring of Incident Reporting for Non-Critical Incidents

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience performing compliance reviews of operating procedures, regulations, and established guidelines
- Excellent relationship management, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Excellent partnership skills and ability to effectively interface with multiple business partners on projects, i.e., business managers, compliance managers, and client
- Excellent organizational, analytical, attention to detail, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Intermediate/Advanced experience with Microsoft products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Database
- Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high-level of performance during high-profile/time-sensitive initiatives and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Line of Business knowledge; understanding of business processes and procedures preferred
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am- 4:00 pm (some weekends and extended hours required in peaks)
