Business Analyst for Treasury Chief Investement OfficeTransformation and Automation Team- Senior Associate

Join our Treasury Team and leverage your expertise in business process improvement and intelligent automation. As a Business Analyst within the Transformation Team, you will collaborate with various internal teams to review, design, and enhance business processes using intelligent automation tools. Your role will focus on optimizing process to reduce operational risk and increase efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners to understand business needs and design solutions that enhance financial and business information delivery.
  • Review and design business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through intelligent automation.
  • Produce Business Requirements documentation.
  • Support the end-to-end solution delivery life cycle, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and business requirements.
  • Communicate open items, issues, and deadlines clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Lead project management initiatives and requirements gathering to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of business process improvement and intelligent automation.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, process automation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau, UiPath, Python, VBA, SQL, R).
  • Strong project management skills and experience in requirements gathering.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare management decks and lead presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Finance and/or Technology.
  • Experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Understanding of key development tools used in intelligent automation.
