The Access Management Group Production Team Leader oversees a team of 8 analysts responsible for role-based access administration for CCB. This leadership role involves developing and coaching an exempt-level team, acting as liaison between the business and operations group, and leading automation initiatives to enhance team efficiency. The Team Leader ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service by resolving access issues and adhering to access control policies and standards. Additionally, they are responsible for constructing and presenting Executive Business Reviews and creating content for User Forums and Access Champion update meetings.
