As an Analytics Solutions Manager, in our Branch Distribution Analytics organization, you will deliver various analytical solutions that enable our branch administration team to ensure our customer interactions are in line with firm policy and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of solutions via business stakeholder interaction for requirements gathering, transforming business requirements into technical solutions, leading a team of analytics developers to build appropriate insights/reports/analytics to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Be a leader and culture carrier with a passion for learning, continuous improvement, and people management.
- Lead a team that is concentrated mostly in India
- Translate requirements into appropriate data requirements, lead stakeholders with the extensive knowledge of data and a thorough understanding of our branch policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 10+ years of industry experience in business analytics, strategy, finance, or other quantitative roles (e.g., marketing analytics, sales analytics, risk analytics, business insights) including leadership of complex projects; MS degree in an analytical field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Physics, and Data Science) or business degree / MBA with an extensive track record as a analytics practitioner
- 5+ years of experience in retail banking or financial services
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations responsible for supporting multiple key stakeholders
- Direct experience and the ability to provide coaching for a range of modern data science, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, etc.)
- Led or been part of a transformative or migration project to either upgrade capabilities or deliver efficiency gains
- Strong focus on knowledge repository creation and redundancy planning for the team
- Srong data and programming background with familiarity with one or more programming tools (SQL, SAS, Python, R, etc.), as well as competency in data visualization and aggregation tools (Tableau, Alteryx, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)

- Experience working with off-shore analytics support teams preferred
