The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) team is responsible for developing, deploying, overseeing and ongoing reporting of a program that ensures the effective use of third parties and affiliates to accomplish JPMorgan Chase's strategic goals.The focus of the program is to ensure our third parties are performing to the same high standards that JPMorgan Chase holds itself accountable to including client service, quality, control, regulatory compliance, business resiliency and protection of information.

Job Summary

As an Associate in CTPO - LEORA (Legal Entity Operational Risk Aggregator) team you will be responsible to generate the Management Information Reporting across JPMC Legal Entities. This includes the operational reporting as part of regulatory requirements for Board members' prescribed responsibilities for Outsourcing in accordance with requirements from regulators like PRA.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a lean team in the overall delivery, manage operations & projects
  • Lead efforts in training, setting up operational framework & present for business reviews
  • Ensuring data integrity and timeliness is critical for successful regulatory submissions
  • Partner to collaborate & have regular follow-ups with other teams to ensure timely updates in LEORA for their respective datapoints.
  • Lead technical enhancement efforts in the phase of requirements gathering and testing through Business Analysis, Drafting User stories and UAT Testing skills
  • Manage key stakeholder relations to influence & deliver beyond their expectations
  • Ensure any risks, assumptions and dependencies are escalated, communicated and resolved promptly

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree with minimum 8 plus years overall experience in Financial/Banking Industry with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Third party risk management
  • Strong people management, leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong Business Analysis skills such as interpreting reporting requirements (from regulations), reviewing technical specifications for Technology teams, and leading UAT testing of systems and reports to specifications
  • Ability to reconcile data between different reports to identify the gaps in data
  • Strong team player with aptitude for risk management, compliance and oversight and control
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with business partners in internal LOBs across the firm
  • Strong control mindset & attention to detail to prepare management information and other ad hoc reports. Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Understanding of the Outsourcing regulatory landscape is preferred
  • Experience in an investment banking regulatory, compliance or operational team is preferred
  • Project management with Business experience preferred
  • Experience with Advance Excel & BI-tools such as Alteryx and/or Tableau
