As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Payment Operations, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Product, Client Service & Implementations, and Technology in developing the build out and adoption of new, e-commerce products, including Embedded Banking and Mobility Payment Solutions. This role provides you with the opportunity to shape the future of e-commerce products in the financial industry.

In this role you will have an unique opportunity to work in Payments, the fastest changing areas in the Financial Services industry, shaping how to operationally support new, e-commerce products emerging while partnering with the business to ensure the successful execution of the Payments franchise's strategy.

Job responsibilities

  • Support internal and external project deliverables
  • Find diverse ways to communicate to stakeholders and partners
  • Fulfill stakeholder driven communication requests by interacting with Intake & Delivery team management
  • Create and distribute data and communicate regular status updates to senior management and business stakeholders
  • Support the Intake & Delivery team management.
  • Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Standardize impact assessment and team artefacts, including in-scope operational functions and requirements to support

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, public relations, business management, or a relevant domain area
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to clearly storyboard using PowerPoint is essential
  • Experience and proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx and other data management / visualization tools
  • Strong communication and story boarding skills
  • Creative skills in data visualization & representation
  • Proven track record of partnering with Business stakeholders to design and implement new processes, utilizing core technology and digital tools as an enabler
  • Partners well with other groups sat outside of the team's reporting line, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels
  • Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making
