As a Graphic Designer in CIB Creative Services, you will be part of a dynamic team based in London, working closely with marketing and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing and executing creative programs that support our global operations. Job responsibilities
- Design high-quality and innovative creative materials within Masterbrand requirements, including event-related materials, advertising, brochures, and sales aids.
- Present creative solutions that meet brand standards and provide supporting rationale.
- Synthesize and interpret design feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Own the creative process from concept to delivery.
- Articulate and present creative concepts clearly.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from CIB and vendors.
- Manage project schedules and vendor relationships.
- Motivate stakeholders to ensure project momentum.
- Address potential challenges to program success promptly.
- Champion and follow accessibility/ADA guidelines.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- BFA in graphic design or similar discipline.
- Relevant corporate or agency design experience.
- Proficiency in both Mac and PC operating platforms.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to create animated graphics in Adobe After Effects.
- Print production skills, including preparing printer-ready files.
- Ability to set up and work with style sheets in various programs.
- Strong organizational skills for project and file management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to work locally, both on- and off-site.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in a global financial institution or similar industry.
- Familiarity with accessibility/ADA guidelines in design.
