The Commercial Bank Control team is dedicated to supporting the business in identifying and mitigating risks. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders, provide thought leadership, and contribute to the development of the Fair Lending Program. Your work will have a direct impact on the bank's ability to manage risks effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review the accuracy of Commercial Bank's HMDA reporting
  • Engage with control colleagues to support the Fair Lending Risk Assessment
  • Partner with Control Managers to document control processes
  • Define and document control processes across supported areas
  • Provide recommendations for the Fair Lending Program development
  • Identify control gaps and risks, proposing viable solutions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Five years of professional experience in operations, controls, audit, quality assurance, or compliance
  • Demonstrated work ethic and professionalism
  • Effective organizational skills to meet business needs
  • Experience in developing business processes and identifying risks
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in the banking industry
  • Knowledge of Fair Lending regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills

FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT:

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorganChase's review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.

**Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Work schedules will vary within a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule. You must be willing to work during our operating hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Specific information regarding work schedules will be provided by the recruiter.
