As an Asset Servicing Analyst in Markets Asset Servicing team within Commercial and Investment Banking Operations, your primary focus will be interacting with fast paced trading desk, facilitate asset servicing optimization strategy and manage the risks throughout end-to-end corporation actions lifecycle from announcement capture up to event completion. You will communicate corporate action events to front office trading, middle office personnel, and other operations departments to ensure timely execution of client instructions.

- Coordinate vigilantly with client instructions to facilitate Asset Servicing optimization strategy
- Engage with front office, middle office, settlements, SBL desk, cash management, custodians, etc. to proactively manage the risk of high-profile corporate action events
- Drive various process enhancement and digital tools initiatives globally and regionally
- Manage Client Asset / Money Segregation process to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g. CASS)
- Receive, investigate, and respond to internal queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Facilitate the completion of regular and ad-hoc client, investor, and regulatory reporting requirements in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of 1 year of industry experience, with proven solid experience in day-to-day operation processing
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of Asset Servicing event processing
- Strong communication skills, articulate key risk and challenge of daily processing to management
- A good team player
- Flexible and comfortable to deal with pressure and fast paced, volume driven environment
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills coupled with independent and reliable decision-making skills
- Be a self-starter, with ability to work on own initiatives and to learn quickly
- Ability to follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
